1. Back With a Bang
The staff are preparing for Brittas' return from hospital. The sauna/solarium has been privatized, and a new girl, Penny, is in charge of it. Helen escapes from the clinic and tries to stop an incriminating letter from being posted. Carole is back at the reception desk after being dumped by Herr Von Trapp.
2. Body Language
Mr. Brittas is conducting a number of seminars for the staff, this week it is about body language. Helen has accidentally sold the house to the American Air Force, and tries to move her furniture into the centre without Brittas noticing. Meanwhile Colin finds a mysterious green object in the roof space.
3. We All Fall Down
It is Peace and Hunger Week at Whitbury, and celebrations are underway. But Colin is worried because the Eternal Flame keeps going out. Tim finds out he is paid less than others, and plans revenge. Helen is depressed because her twins are rejected by a modeling agency. Meanwhile, Gordon prepares to tackle Saddam Hussein.
4. A Walk on The Wild Side
Mr. Brittas is organizing a series of walks around the center. Then he discovers that the government has declared pedestrians have a public right-of-way through land the center stands upon. A meditation guru, from Scarborough, is expected, and Helen learns more than she expected. Meanwhile, the Face-in-the-crowd competition has a winner, but will a prize be awarded?
5. At The Double
The Ruthenian State Circus is in town, and are expected to perform at the center. One of the performers looks exactly like Mr. Brittas, and the staff become confused between the two. A group of US evangelists want to baptize Gordon in the pool after reading of his coming back from the dead.
6. Mr. Brittas Falls in Love
Brittas arranges for a dolphin to be delivered to the center, so people can swim with it. Linda has a moral problem with this and plans a protest. An employment training program sends a young girl to the center, and Colin is showing her how to unblock toilets. Meanwhile, Tim has taken over running the cafeteria and has planned a special lunch: shark.
7. Snap Happy
It is time for the annual team photo to be taken. A representative from British Heritage is inspecting the site with a view to making Whitbury Newtown Leisure Center a listed building. While they wait for a gap in the clouds, Colin decides to tidy up the pool. Meanwhile, Helen has found a new hobby: parachuting.
